All I can say is, Holy Moly! I dont think I would buy one of these even if I won the lotto for $100 million, but I would surely like to wear it for a day beside my 400lb armed body guard! :)

Sure, but you're going to have to pay me back in interest.

I think that watch (or one like it) has been posted for sale on ebay before. Good looking box.

Yeah, it does look familiar. If I'm not mistaken the seller was asking more than $1.4m last time.

Yes it was up before but can't remember the price.

I was thinking of putting in a "Best Offer" but they won't take Pay Pal so thought I'd pass on this one!

Anyway - for a million quid I'd want the thing to spin round on it's own to show me the moon phases.

Yeah it was up a couple of months ago for around $1.6mln if I remember correctly.

Still overpriced - I know of one of these selling, it was 3 or 4 years ago, but it went for $850K.

i would much prefer a Franck Muller mega 2 (and if i had $2.47m i would go for the mega 1)- a phenomenal piece of watchcraft and one of the biggest watches around

I am wondering if anybody noticed how the watch looked in its polythene plastic bag, a $1.4 MM watch ignominously stuffed into a 5 cent bag?
Ordinary! And just like any of the other umpteen watches peddled on the streets of Bangkok!
What a great leveler the humble polythene bag is!
