Good Afternoon,

If anyone has purchased a new Wempe Chronometerwerke watch or has seen one up close, could you please tell me what you think about this beautiful watch?

I'd rather have a flying B No 3 ;)

That's not a Flying B No.3, it's a Flying B Chrono.

The Wempe is a nice dress watch, it just doesn't really do anything for me - I can think of any number of similar dress watches - there's nothing unique about it that appeals.

Of course that's just me.

Yeah, the Wempe doesn't really do anything for me either. It's a nice watch, which brings to mind what the retail price of this piece is? If it is comparable to a Flying B, I'd say go for one of the flying B's like In2Deep mentioned.

It looks a very refined and elegant watch. I'm sure it's excellent but IMHO, it's not the type of watch the average Breitling buyer would aspire to.

For what it's worth, I think it's a beauty. Of course, a sky
high price might make it less attractive. But if you
like it -- and can afford it -- buy it. What the hell... :)

Ah yes I copied and pasted from another site while surfing and didn't bother to wait for the page to reload before jumping to another thread
