Hi,

I recently bought my first Breitling (Navitimer GMT), and i don't have the confidence to wear it everyday (just yet), so i find myself wearing one of my other watches more often.

What is your under $500 watch (if you have one that is... and if you have more than one, what is your favourite one).

For those of you who only wear over $5000 watches, we'll let you cheat and post a pic of a watch that you like under $500.

Here is my favourite, which i wear a lot:

Nixon Chrono 48 / 20 (48mm)

Looking forward to seeing what you got / like :-)

search .. search , then search some more , look here and there and everywhere

and do that for 4 to 6 years and you'll find one or two

Free for me, issued by my unit, but MSRP is $400ish.

I also have a $70 G shock, and a Citizen Calibre 8700 my wife gave me when we were in college. Unfortunately I don't have pics of that one, but she makes hand woven chainmail jewelry, and has the watch to work on making a custom bracelet for it as a sort of proof of concept. Being that she is home and I am away for work, I do not have it to take pics of.

This year I bought a watch for the OZ Summer, not that we have really had one.

Its a Pax 7765 and has become my everyday wearer <$500. I have seen this dial design on a Gigandet Polaris as well.

I believe this is a French brand but I cannot find anything out about it. Probably boutique. Good watch and great to wear.

Actually, got a few:

This one gets the most comments from non-watch people. I may occasionally wear it during the week.

This one I wear when I don't want to wear a "fancy" watch in a work environment:

But I'd say this one's my favorite weekender.
