Some time ago I was servicing my Fireman II and I popped the hour hand vial with my tweezers
.I have been trying to get a new set of hands ever since. With no luck and in desperation I used MB Microtec's online form.
This was picked up by a guy called Gavin Palmer who then passed my query onto Kevin Kouch at Ball who then got Charlotte Mollard to help me out.
I would like to say a big thank you to Gavin, Kevin and Charlotte for helping me resurrect my watch back to perfection.
A lot of you chaps own Ball watches already but for those that don't they are well worth a look and in my experience are very customer friendly.
I appreciate this is a Breitling Forum but I hope you don't mind me giving a thumbs up to Ball Official RR Standard great history great watches
