I love it. Not the easiest watch to read, obviously, but very cool. Can look surprisingly good with different colour straps too. If you have a large wrist and a penchant for large watches you might be better off with a BR01, but having tried on both sizes several times I think the BR03 only looks mid-sized when there's a BR01 sitting next to it. Not easy to find one, but don't let anyone try to tell you it's a limited edition though - only the BR01 phantoms were LE. If you can find one for a good price I say go for it. ![]() |

I love the black on black on black of this watch. The harder to read the dial on this watch the cooler it becomes. It couldn't be darker IMO. I would like to see Breitling do another LE similar to this. I would be all over an all black Skyland or Super Avenger! To high jack your thread even further....I would be the first in line for a Breitling Source LE in all black. ![]() ![]() |

I really want to like BRs, but I can't get there. Mind you, I said that about Defy Xtremes last year and they've grown on me. The phantom look is cool, but I'm not sure how practical it would be. |

I agree on the Phantom. Its on my "get it" list (but down a few on the list). I want either the Phantom or the orange hands model. |

Well, I pulled the trigger. I really need to stop going to AD events. I (will) have been to two shows in three weeks. Last week I went to the Breitling/Bentley show. About $1,000,000 in watches (all just chilling on the tables) and $1,000,000 in Bentleys, I wish I had brought my camera. That show lead to the Phantom. Luckily I did not end up with a Bentley after the test drive. Next week, it is Tag with Jeff Gordon, I will not fall victim to my AD again. I will post pics of the Phantom and a SOC pics, now that I have one, over the weekend. I will also remember to bring my camera to this next event! BTW the B&R is so sick. Pics do not do it justice. |
