Hello All, So I recently acquired a Shreve Crump Low 15J 8 day movement mantle clock. With 4 dials and day, date, month, moonphase and alarm complications, I set about trying to find a bit more about this clock.
And trawling the net, I came across 4 other jewellers and clock makers have made an identical model and retailed it!
Gubelin, Looping, Cartier, Tiffany apart from Shreve Crump Low have all produced and retailed identical clocks during the 60's when this style was popular! I have included pics and would like anyone who owns one of these clocks or knows any more about this to please shed some light. Who made the movement for these clocks? Are these perpetual calendar clocks?
