This watch is for sale in the Radcliffe Jewelers thread in the Dealer's Sales Corner forum. The strap is described as a "seat belt strap". I like this type of strap, but when I do a search for "seatbelt" straps you can guess what I get.

This O&W on Chrono24 also has the same style of strap. http://www.chrono24.com/en/ollechwajs/a ... Findex.htm

Is seatbelt strap the industry term for these type of straps or are they called something else?

It's the 'textile' strap that comes with it.
