Love it all except that bumble bee second hand. I would really like to get my hands on that ceramic speedy to check out in person. The bullhead is also extremely cool. Thanks for taking the time to share your visit! Sent from my XT907 using Tapatalk 2 |

I fell in love with the '57 Speedie when I saw it online and that has never happened with other Speedmaster offerings. I love the straight lugs and I guess...flatter looking case, which makes it a bit more modern for me. Also would love to see the all ceramic model. Great trip |

Good to see the Bullhead Seamaster making it into shops after seeing it in the Basel releases. $9k is a serious wedge though. ![]() I love that ceramic Speedie as well, although I bet the price on that one couldn't exactly be described as a "bargain". Omega really are doing some good things these days. (Just a shame that prices are where they are). |

Bullhead looks great (Breitling are you listening), not sure about the yellow and black seconds hand on the 15,0000 gauss as others have said. Love the idea of all ceramic, I guess you need to handle it to really appreciate it. |

Great shots as ever, thanks Carl. I love the 'milgauss' concept but prefer Rolex's offering to that one (the only Rolex I like really). The Bullhead and the Speedy are stunning. I wish Breitling would break the bank to get Omega's head of design - not to steal their designs, but to get someone so obviously good at imaginative mutations of classic models. |

Just had a thought - that $9K for the Bullhead is a ridiculous price considering it's running the 3113 movement and not the inhouse 9300...... Great looking watch, but the price/movement combo would stop me from remotely entertaining it. That movement with a lower price, or that price with a 9300, then maybe (because it IS very cool), but as it is? No thanks. |

You sense that to an extreme degree Omega are charging what they think the market will bear. |

Very nice overall. I know they are proud of the new anti-magnetic features and want to make mention of it. BUT, I think it would be much nicer to just incorporate the technology without marking the dial up and adding weird yellow spots. I think I would stick with my grey version even if the two were priced the same. As to the others, well, that ceramic speedie is pretty darn sharp looking! |

Update: I noticed my AT was running about 15 minutes fast this morning. I've never noticed anything like this with this watch before so I was really hoping for it to just be magnetized with a quick fix. I took it to my local guy and BOOM magnetized! It took him a whole five seconds, and then since I was there, I had him take a link out as well. Maybe there is something to that 15,000 that would suit me! |

Really interesting looking watches and innovative technology. I saw an interview with Stephen Urquhart (Omega CEO) where he said the Aqua Terra 8508 is kind of "testing the water" with regards to the movement and they plan to expand it into most of their mechanical watches in the not-so-distant future. |

The yellow highlights are a bit much for me as well. Actually, I found the aesthetics of the entire watch quite unappealing, although different than in the online photos I saw. I tried to explain the dial, then found this on the Omega website, which I quote, and explains it a lot better: "It has a slightly yellowed lacquered black dial, sun-brushed from the centre and decorated with the distinctive vertical lines that define OMEGA’s popular Aqua Terra collection." It does give it kind of a dark brown or anthracite hue. The boutique is an official Omega Boutique, but no affilation to any AD. Cheers, Carl |

Carl, Do you recall the size of this watch? 41.5 or 38.5 ( or different size)? Thanks |
