I knew he loved watches, but it's great to hear him really appreciate them and have a story behind each one.

That was pretty cool to see. Must be nice to have his budget!

I have never liked John Mayer, but that interview kind of shed some light on the person he is. Some amazing pieces there for sure, but he seems a lot more down to earth than I've imagined. Cool interview, thanks for sharing it!

Loved that, he's big into the Rolex though. Seems a very knowledgable guy on the watch front!

I have seen some short clips in the past of him talking watches with people. I remember one where he was with Kanye and referred to his platinum Big Pilot a his "jesus piece"

He seems to be a pretty enthusiastic guy when it comes to watches

Just watched the clip. Seems like a cool guy. And he does know his watches. I even learned a thing or two from the clip. Had no idea the comex was never pressure tested.

Very cool. I watched a few more videos by the same group and saw a platinum Patek that is one of only two in existence. Owned by Eric Clapton go figure. Estimated worth of between 3-4 million or something. Eric also has a custom made Ferrari with his name on it (different article). Good thing I'm a fan of both these guys or I might be jealous.

Since I am a fan, I sort of helped them afford their hobbies. So I should feel good about that?

I actually met him in person once. He's an odd duck for sure, but nice enough.
