Great little video. You've gotta love Smith's attitude towards disposable society! That's what hand-made watches are all about. Just a shame I'll never have the cash to own something like that.

Nice storytelling in the video. Made me go to RW Smith's website - lots more storytelling and info there and I wasn't for a moment thinking about how much these works of art cost, but just marvelled at the fine details. Almost every last component made so carefully by hands that learned so many skills through trial and error, patience and persistence.

What a great article/video. Really enjoyed hearing about Roger's journey into watchmaking with George and view on life - couldn't agree more with his statement about how rushed everything is nowadays. Would love to own a piece one of these days but that's not likely :lol: Nice to see someone really focused on quality. Thanks for sharing.
