Interesting detail in the fourth paragraph of this story posted yesterday:

"The survey found that the top priority for Swiss watch company executives was to focus on innovation. More than 90% of the watch executives in the survey plan a strong focus on innovation through the introduction of new products and increased research and development over the next 12 months."

Hopefully the maker of instruments for professionals was in the 90% group!

have not read the article but im sure its interesting.

innovative means different things to different people. an argument could be made that Breitling has been "innovative" with their designs over the past couple of years.
