I would like to convey my experiences of tracking the accuracy of the watches currently in my care (Chrono Avenger, Olympus, Montbrilliant 1461, and Rolex Oyster Pep 77080 (the wife's)).

To do this I used the Watch Tracker Iphone app. Seems like the app is Iphone only (
https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/watch-tracker/id610666926?mt=8) and has minimal support (
http://www.roamingtrek.com/watchtracker/). I did look at the other apps available but choose this one for it simplistic approach, clear menus and layout. You could do this completely in spread sheets but I wanted something slightly more automated and I have to say the whole experience conducted over 11 days was very smooth.

Now the app has very nice built in graphs/displays but its let down by the export data feature. For this I had to manually retrend the data points in excel - nothing major and all the accuracy rates tie up. What would be really nice is if the app had some sort of built in comparison tool. By this I mean running say a 7 day daily accuracy test which could be saved and used with later tests as a comparison. As you can see I've set this process up manually for myself now within Excel. Doesn't need to be too scientific but I intend to run this kind of tests 2 or 3 times a year to assess the watch state of health.
For this particular test the watches where maintained on winders when not in use (my usual practice these days). But they where brought out for daily useage as needed. I did increase the winding cycles on the Oly and Avenger mid way through the test. Additionally for the last 24 hours of the test the chronographs were also running!

The Navitimers where serviced September last year (full over haul) but the Rolex and Avenger are recent purchases which have yet to be touched at all! Fortunately the dealer the last two came from runs extensive in house test for accuracy and health so I knew they were already in FANTASTIC shape.
Overall I am very pleased with the results and ease of tracking such things, but not half as pleased as my wife who rules the accuracy roost!
