Post subject:  Watchmaking school update

Hi everyone a update on the watchmaking school progress, I have had a busy couple of months with EPHJ and Basel world it was very interesting and got lots of catalogues for the future. I have just started making pivot gauges very fun but very small now. Also we got a visit from the old CEO of Rolex Bruno meier and that was amazing to meet him. Also finished most of my tools with just a few left to finish not so im extremely happy. And they got chance to get a job at Breitling uk when I have finished but I have a great sponsor already and I can't wait to start working for them after i have finished my course. I put a few pictures for anyone who is interested.

Thanks for looking
Joe :) :)

Always read your posts with great interest Joe, thanks as ever for posting. (Are we allowed to know who your sponsor is?)

I posted a writeup of my own glimpse of the watchmaker's art here -

viewtopic.php?f=28&t=47343

It only enhanced my admiration for the professionals!

Joe, what you are doing is simply fantastic!
I admire your patience and even more so your loyalty.
Have I had the chance to work for Breitling I'd be jumping the boat right away yet you are sticking with the sponsor that got you where you are now.
Keep at it mate and keep posting them updates, love reading them.
All the best!!!

I've not been around so much these last couple of weeks - financial planning time at work  - so I've only just seen this post.

These are great updates Joe. I find myself having pangs of "career envy"! Keep them coming, and good luck with the rest of the course.
