Ok, so what is your favourite watch feature or function? What is it that makes you pick out a piece and say 'Wow, that's my kind of watch? For me it has be a chrono.......I'm also a sucker for exhibition backs. If it's a black face then I'll take a second look. A heavy and substantial bracelet also does it for me. But the top criteria is that chrono function.

I've always liked regulateurs and retrograde functions, not to mention minute repeaters and tourbillons. Big dates are also a favorite of mine.

I know. I have expensive tastes. But doesn't mean I can afford them anytime soon. :(

I'm a big chrono fan. Also, bracelets can make or break a watch for me. I'm a fan of a simple/timeless bracelet like the Pro II and Rolex dive bracelets.

:yeahthat Chronograph and Sapphire caseback with pilot bracelet is top priority. Followed by instant date change. Of course more complications will increase the attraction :uplaugh:

I love a good world timer, as I travel a lot. Any chrono that is fully polished catches my eye.

The key function that I like is their ability to measure time with a decent level of accuracy ;-) followed by display backs and other interesting case backs.

Chronograph, rattrapante and the slide rule are feature eye-catchers for me.

Having said that I really like a plain unadorned dial as well.

Love display backs, and a good moonphase, e.g. http://www.arnoldandson.com/home/royal- ... c122s.aspx

Display back's certainly a favorite of mine, GMT bezel + 24 hour hand is something I use a lot too.

No one said this yet, but my favorite feature is that it tells me the time.:)

Slide Rule & Chrono Function. But I am a sucker for a shapely case, especially if its odd or unusual. Of course, thats not really a function in the sense that you are asking, but its still important to me.

For me it's the chrono. And I'm a lume aficionado.
