I don't hate hublot. I think they are a bit pricey but they're cool in my book. Congrats on two awesome looking pieces. |

I'm not generally a Hublot fan, but I've liked the original 4000m version for some time. But your newer one is even better! Personally I think they're right at the upper limit of what your wrist size can carry off, but they're great pieces. |

Thanks Driver. You're right while the lugs don't break over the wrists 48 is the max I'll go!!!! |

I tried the 4000m while I was on vacation. The only thing I didn't like was the quick release strap. For a 20k retail watch the strap wiggled a whole lot. The rep told me its made like that. Then I look at the price, I think Govberg has one used for like 12k. Wayyyyyy to big maybe when I was younger I'd like it. Congrats on your purchase looks stunning. When I first heard they were releasing a 1000m version I was excited and expecting it to be cheaper, but this didn't happen. I want another Hublot and this is the one I want, but hard to justify when I will not use the majority of the functionality (then again there are so many features of my other watches that I have no use for!). Great watch and I love the colours of the 1000m |

Wow, at first I hated the look of this watch so I wasn't going to comment. But I appreciate the originality of going somewhere most won't. Either because the watch seems overpriced for what it is or the size and shape being too massive for most wrists. I actually have a rather small wrist and I just bought a 46mm Navi World. But yours seems like more of a sport/diving watch, so congrats. ![]() |
