Nothing to do with Breitling. The seller appears to be just saying it's the same movement as found in a Breitling, which it is but it's not a Breitling. The dial appears to be a redo so it's hard to say what it was originally. Might have been a Wakmann since it shows WOG on the balance.

Moving to General Watch section as this isn't a Breitling. I would expect to see a Britix dial rather than a Chrono Suisse one. Most Britix pieces that I have come across have been Landerons.
