Well known brand, now owned by Frederique Constant as their sportier brand so a good pedigree and great value for money.

I was investigating one of their divers a while back, seemed like a good value. The local AD dropped/lost them and I never got to see them in the metal :( .

Not sure where you are located, but they do list their AD network on their website.

It is not totally accurate as I mentioned earlier one of them listed in my area is no longer an AD.
Good luck!

Yea my state doesn't have one. I might just call and order from a different state and get it shipped, probably no tax that way either. The only other solution is amazon or overstock. kinda sucks since I wanted to try it on.

I might add that they're having a good cooperation with Alpina cars. During the last Geneva Motor Show they had several exposed on their booth, mainly from the racing and club ranges.

Funny, just saw this ad on today's paper:

Offre d'emploi de Alpina
International Sales Manager Alpina Watches

Plan les Ouates

Are you an ambitious and dynamic Marketing & Sales Manager? The revival of the Alpina watch brand is a major challenge and opportunity. We are looking for a strong Self-starter ready to double the current 300 points-of-sale worldwide. You will report directly to the Commercial Director and CEO.

Ideal candidate has a proven track record to build new business, is highly entrepreneurial and can take initiative independently. Experience in the watch industry is highly preferred.

As International Marketing & Sales Manager, you will be traveling approximately two weeks per month. You will support current distributors and retailers and push to expand business. You will look for new distributors and retailers in many under developed markets. You are not afraid to take hard decisions and won't take 'No for an answer'. You are hungry for results.

If above speaks to your imagination and you are ready for a life changing job, please contact Sylvie Cretin atinfo@alpina-watches.com. Home base for position is Geneva.

Because they pride themselves on being extremely good value. Nothing odd about that, just not very common in the Swiss watch industry.

Make sure theyll let you send it back if you dont like it. A good dealer should allow that as long as it hasnt been worn.
