Know this is a breitling forum, but i thought i would just ask for some advise/help/thoughts.

was playing on ebay this afternoon and this Vintage Rado President automatic wristwatch was just about ended
so thought why the hell not.

got it for $51.00AU and is in same city as me so will just pick it up.

i am not looking at it being worth a fortune just liked the shape really.

was thinking at $51.00 i can afford to spend some cash on it to have it restored a little due to it having a crack in case.

would this be able to be fixed?

can anyone give me any more info on this modle or even just Rado as a brand?

do you like it? if you like it and you will wear it then i say go for it. if you are buying this just for the sake of buying something then you might want to hold off.

It might cost more than the watch to fix something like that. Actually waaaaay more. Not worth the money IMO.

I only buy watches i like shape or design of so yes i like it. it has interesting shape to the glass which is what caught my eye.

i would prefer it to be little larger. not really looking for finacial gain from it just another bit of pretty to chop and change my days around.
