I see Corum has 3 locations of authorized service centers. Has anyone had experience with sending their watch in to any of these locations? Does one have a faster turn around time than the others? This will be the first time I have sent any of my watches in for service. In general, what are the procedures like? Should I call them ahead of time and find out how I should package / send my watch?

TIA

i called the service center in Toronto since i am in canada. They told me to Fedex over night and to make sure that i didnt do it on Friday. so that way it would not sit in Fedex warehous. as for the package they told me not to put the name of the company but to mark it with the address that way it doesnt automatically look like there is a watch inside the package. as for time or cost or service, sorry i do not have any experience. my admirals cup will need service probably in the next 12-18 months.

Use the one in south Florida. They just relocated the whole company from Cali and have a great new set up. Turn around has been quick too.
