I am thinking about purchasing a Tourby Watch (www.tourbywatches.com). Does anybody have any opinions?

This is a pretty broad question. How much do you want to spend? Tourbillons range from $30k to $2m.

I think the OP is looking for opinions on "Tourby Watches" as in the German brand of watches not a tourby as in a Tourbillon.

Unitas based movements by and large with a very nice finish to them, skeleton pieces are gorgeous.

Standard designs suffer from a lot of the small company problems of tending to be 'homage' style copies of other brand styles, but the ability to customise and 'build to order' adds to it. Pretty good value for money as well.
