Interested in this somewhere around your budget? 45mm, ETA, 2 rubber straps, new in the box condition. (under 2 hours wrist time) I'm about 90% sure I'm going to let it go because quite honestly I'm driving myself crazy and just want to keep a couple, and forget about them for a while.

This is a shot from the website, and I can of course supply my own pics if needed, but mint is mint.

Of the two I would take the Helson.

I will be the sole dissenter only because I have been looking at that very CW model as a beater. I can't bring myself to go with the regular GMT or the regular C60 as they are too blatantly Rolex homages or rip offs, if you prefer. Pretty sure in the not too distant future I will get that CW just for kicks. I like the orange lume though I think it glows green.

Do you think there is a better diver for the price?

Well for that money you could get a Seiko Black Monster and a Seiko Orange Monster and still have plenty of money left over.

Any thoughts about Deep Blue? Don't know much about them but they appear very price-competitive.

For me, there is a bit of a Seiko conundrum. For those who don't care for Rolex because they are too common, multiply that x1000. Still, they have the reputation for a great dive watch. There are the monsters and at somewhere near the price point at issue, something called the Sumo with a blue dial and bezel that really looks nice. I have come close more than a couple of times to buying an orange monster, but something always stops me. Snobbery? Not sure of that, I wear an old Seiko as a "can't wear a fancy watch" piece. Don't know.
