When caught in certain light I can see what looks to me like a pressure dent on the dial of my Sub C. It is deep enough to be seen and about 2mm across. It was aslo present on my 16610LV and on others I have seen. As I say it seems to be created when the hand were placed. I have tryed many times to photo it unsuccessfully to no avail! ![]() Anyone else noticed this? and why is it so? |

There's an old Chinese story of a famous artist in the distant past who painted a most beautiful picture. His number one student said it was perfect...Every brushstroke, the shading, the colors...Simply perfect! The artist sat and studied this masterpiece. The number one student called forth the other students and all the patrons of the artist. They cooed and ahd at this brilliant and truly perfect picture. For four days and four nights the artist sat and stared. On the fifth day, he picked up his brush and added another stroke. The students screamed!!!NO!! You have destroyed it's perfect balance!! Why?!! How could you?!! The artist smiled and said"because there is no perfection in the world. That's why we strive our whole life to find it." And that is why you see what you see on the Rolex. IMHO ![]() |
