Today I had a wonderful adventure....I took my Cockpit to the AD and had my two-tone rose gold band adjusted...Watch looks great! While in the big city...I tooled over to the Rolex AD. When I purchased my GMT a few months ago I never looked at the other watches they had, so today I looked. Well....They have Bell&Ross. This is the first time I have seen them in real perspective.....Totally different from a photo ![]() ![]() ![]() Now...I know this will make some people here mad. That's OK....Because I am truly telling the truth. There is taste and bad taste.....And Bell & Ross taste, and that is BAD ![]() ![]() ![]() Police... ![]() |

I won't bash B&R with as much brutal honesty as you, but it is honesty none the less. My GF has one and loves it. She's a grown woman who makes up her own mind. Me however, from the look, to the generic movement, and the outragous price. I am not a fan. |

It's funny you should post this. I drove almost 2 hours to a B&R AD to look at them. I wanted to check out the BR-S before I made my decision. Well, long story short, I'm out 160 miles and I have a Breitling on my wrist. (I'm not saying I won't have the BR-S, but I'll rock my Breitling for a while_ |

Im completly opposite I really like their watches. I have my breitling for casual or dress up times but Id like the B&R for running/working out or just plain casual. I think the style of case is a nice change from the usual stuff you see. While I do agree with you the price is a bit out there. |

Personally I really like the look of the BR02 and especially the BR02 Chrono, but the square models leave me somewhat cold. And the price is waaaaay too much IMO for pieces running essentially bog-standard ETAs. You're not even paying for "heritage" or a well established name. Personally I just think that unless you really LOVE the look, there are much better watches out there in terms of bang for your buck. |

Would I drop good money on heritage, and a quality movement? Yes, but with B&R I just don't see either. I'm not even saying the watch is ugly. I actually like the look. I'm a minimalist kind of guy. Which makes B&R appeal to me. I would buy one for half that price?...maybe. Honestly, the price point is my only issue with the brand. When I look at a B&R, I just don't see a 4-5K watch. |

Ok He won't say it's ugly, so I will. ![]() It looks cheap!! It is something that two Chinese crack-heads on a month long high designed .. For that money you can get a great watch...It's black because B&R is ashamed of it too. ![]() The design team committed suicide and were placed in unmarked graves. I'm embarrassed for the owner when I see one in public....You can see all the people laughing and making remarks behind the owners back at the food court. ![]() |

I mean north of 5k is alot I use beater loosely... I'm going to take care of it and not treat it like my Gshock, but I plan on getting multiple bands and using it everyday ..and it wasn't $5k. Retail was $4200, but I got it brand new from an AD on another forum for a lot less. |
