Post subject:  That Screw On The Back Of A Bell&Ross

I have looked on the web and can not find an answer.
Can someone answer the Question:That screw that says "Do not unscrew"
Why? And what does it do?

I think it partially secures the movement to caseback. i'm sure I read it somewhere.....

May be wrong of course.

Seems to be a hole that gives you access to the crown release mechanism.
The movement is an ordinary ETA, but the case is front opening type, and you have to release the crown in some way.
