It's quite nice. Good for B&R. |

Doesn't stand out for me, but it's quite nice. I think that I still prefer the vintage pieces from their 'non extreme' offerings. |

Meh. I don't think B&R are worth their asking price. I'd rather drop the same amount of $$$ on a "real" vintage piece. B&R pieces always seem like a fad to me. I don't think they have any models that really stand out as being timeless. |

I prefer their more vintage looking watches but I think this is a really nice looking piece. All that being said I'd rather have an IWC 7 day if I was looking for a classy watch. |

I think there are many terrific chronos in the $4k range - in design and function - especially if you look at a more vintage piece. I think $4k for a new piece trying to look vintage is a snoozefest in this price range. |

It is certainly a nice watch at a reasonable price, much like the Vintage line. The one thing that kills it for me is the spacing between the holes in the lugs for the springbars and the radius of the case. Why so much space? It would be an excellent looking watch if you couldn't see your own wrist between the strap and case. Maybe that is just one of my peeves? |

I gotta say though, for $4k I'd go with a Speedy and have some cash left over or even an SMP, but I'm not sure what Omega did with the prices of the SMP lately. |

We also have the new Officer models in and this is my favourite one also. It is very classy indeed. No offense to Mr Fear but photos will never do this watch justice. To answer your last question: There are very few chronos at this quality level for this money. The only one two that spring to mind are the Seiko Ananta in-house chrono and the Tag Heuer Aquaracer 500 chrono, but they are big chunky beasts. |

BTW Mr Fear, have you also seen the new WW1 watches from B&R? These are also superb for the money. I'll be posting a review very soon. |
