I'm no expert on older Subs and it could just be the angle of the pic, but the date window should fill the cyclops. Ask him to shoot a pic with the crown pulled all the way out and see if it is actually a trip-lock. I wouldn't buy it based on waht you have so far, but some Rolex guys may feel differently. |

I'm no Rolex expert either but there is a common mistake on the dials on some fakes to mis-print the italic f in the depth as a slash, thus "1000/t" rather than "1000 ft". This example appears to have this feature? A clear pic of the dial would confirm. |

Who cares if its real? I wouldnt buy from anybody who couldnt give me anything more than those three pics. |

There are plenty of 16610s for sale, if you have your doubts on this one, but one from a more reputable seller. Try rolexforums.com and you'll find plenty of preowned dealers on there. |
