Received a new Luminox EVO Colormark today for my birthday. I have been wanting a Luminox for some time, and I guess my wonderful wife finally picked up on my hints!

You have to see the lume on this watch to appreciate it...they use borosilicate glass capsules, similar to the Ball watches, although it is a different chemical in the tubes. They are guaranteed for 10 years. Simply amazing in the dark!

Here is the one I received:

Here are some stats:
Series: 3050
EVO Navy SEAL Colormark Series
Case Material-carbon reinforced polymer injection molded case
Case Diamter-44 mm
Bezel-Unidirectional polymer ratcheting bezel
Caseback-Black carbon reinforced case back secured with stainless steel screws
Crystal-tempered scratch resistant mineral crystal
Crown-double gasket push in crown
Water Resistance-200M
Movement-jeweled Swiss quartz movement

This isn't the best lume shot, but best I can find online (it is better if you enlarge the photo)...my camera battery is dead...looks much better in person.

Not my taste, but a nice looking piece - has a great rugged look.

Congratulations on the piece - it's really great to get something you've wanted and waited for...

Apart from that, I think I agree with Roffensian...

I have a Luminox too. Nice watch for the price. Swiss, light, easy to wear and great visibility in the dark.

I have a blue luminox - as the poster above said, it's a great casual watch. It gets compliments fairly frequently.
