This arrived on Friday but I wasn't able to wear it until I had it sized at Govberg on Saturday. It's been a long wait, but I'm very happy with my decision to pick this up. To me, the size is perfect and the bracelet is amazing. It has the oyster feel to it, but it doesn't have the same taper as some of them do. After getting it sized by George on Saturday, I wore it for 4 straight days and didn't think my Breitling or IWC would get much wrist time going forward. This watch is truly the exclamation point on another 5 star weekend in Philadelphia with the folks from Govberg.

Very handsome piece, the Calibre de Cartier. Nice pickup, and a very good size comparison with the IWC showing how much larger it seems compared to it's nominal 42mm dimensions.

Congrats Justin ! Sounds like another great weekend at Govbergs :D . That is truely a unique piece with the combination of romans and baton markers, looks great.

Enjoy it for a while until the next 'must have' comes along :lol: .

That is really beautiful in the black. Wear it well, and I hope you have many years of joy with it. I've mentioned in the past that my dad has the white face on the bracelet, so I have been able to check it out very closely and it really is special.

I only just got to see one of these in the flesh recently, along with the Ballon Bleu.

Cartier are producing some incredible high end complicated timepieces at the minute but they are also prodcucing fantastic watches like the Calibre de Cartier.

I left the Cartier AD definitey interested in one of these. Well done.
