I just wanted to share some new knowledge.....Recently got an offer to buy a Raymond Weil RS Sport for a very deep discount from ashford......before purchasing I checked the forum out for reviews of both the watch and the online retailer, and found a lot of opinions on both. After receiving the watch , wanted to give my summation on both;
First off.....Ashford was a GREAT buying experience......serial #'s fully intact, and all manuals and paperwork, original packaging...etc. (took the risk because it was very little $). The shipping was extremely fast, (2 business days) and free to boot.. Packaging was professional, and sound. (no manufacture warranty, but 2 year Ashford...as is standard with grey market)
now the watch......have to say it has exceeded my expectations......heavy, looks great, and very comfortable to wear...after recently purchasing my seawolf...this is saying a lot....(not to compare the two, as they are in a different league)
If you are looking for a good watch, that can be worn if you are nervous about wearing your top quality timepiece, this could be a good alternative. Hope this helps someone else who is up in the air.
