Anyone know anything about this brand?

A little bit of style over substance in that the movements are unmodified ETA but the quality is pretty good given the price point. Edmond (the man) is an industrial designer so the designs are pretty well conceived but some of them are a little hard to read. If you want something that looks different, even if it's mechanically the same as other pieces at that price, then you could do worse.

thanks for the quick reply, I guess for a $1,000 i would rather put it into something else.

if you like that style try looking at Graham or panerai watches a lot more money but imo look similar and are a nicer watch

I like the style, and was looking at them about a year and a half ago, and since that day I have never seen someone post who owned one! Furthermore, there's a seller on ebay who might be the only American rep, and he seems to have the same watches on I seen a year and a half ago! With the exception of one sale in his feedback. If your post isn't a result of seeing the thread on WUS, there is one there too, on the public forum.

If this watch was made buy a well known brand I'd gladly pay over 2k because I like the style, but as is I keep shopping. I think the retail might have been quite a bit higher before too, and now that ebay seller is willing to take offers, even on the current lower prices. I really can't see how this company can hang on.

I want a Pam badly, I think that's what had me looking at them.

Save up for the PAM... that way you might not have buyer's remorse later on and The Edmond won't have any resale value if you decide to sell it...

I think they are sort off cool. Worth a $1000 gamble anyway.
