I am trying to sell a Breitling to someone in Puerto Rico. Any suggestions on how we can do the transaction? He wants it sent through a shipping company in New York. Thanks for your help.

What's the reason to go through NY? Third party insurance?

If I ship a watch of value I do it Fedex next day.

He's not sending you a cashier's check in excess of the sales amount and asking you to wire the cash to the shipping company, is he?

If you're uncomfortable with the demands of the buyer then move on! Otherwise, PR falls into USPS territory (I think) if you want to go that way. I always used FedEx Priority International for anything outside of the CONUS. Always works and consistent tracking.
