I would definitely go for the Milgauss. I've tried on the GMT IIc and while I like the size and the heft (very "Breitlingish"), I'm not a fan of the big numbers on the (otherwise gorgeous) bezel. If I wanted a Rolex with a GMT function, I'd take the Explorer II.
To me, the Milgauss is quite unique, and I would have the black version, probably with the green-tinted glass.

Either way, you're a lucky man with a sweet choice to make, good luck and enjoy it. And of course, post pics when you get it. :)

Best,
David

It's hard not to love both, but I'd go the Milgauss.

Both have very different styles, but for me personally GMT wins hands down.

I've owned the Milgauss, and if given the choice, I'd go for the GMTIIc if I had to make the decision. I loved the Milgauss, but the lack of a date killed it for me in the long run.

I vote Submariner-C, but since that isn't an option, the obvious runner up would be the GMTII-C. A Milgauss is a watch I'd consider as a second Rolex (or possibly third or fourth, since the Explorer and Datejust would be contenders, too).

Thanks for your input everyone...tried on both at the AD. milgauss wears bigger probably because the GMT is black...the lack of date on the milgauss is definitely a deal breaker for me though....so GMT II it is :D

Milgauss if you are going for the Green crystal. To me that makes the watch.

If not then def the GMT IIC.

The milgauss w/o the green crystal seems too blah to me.
