This just sounds too good to be true. Only a idiot would sell this lot on ebay if they are indeed real. http://cgi.ebay.com/Estate-Sales-Mens-H ... 178wt_1141

I agree , anyone with half a brain would take the lot to a jeweler ,and try and have some of it authenticated.

Either he was offered a ton of money or someone called him out and he ended the auction. I don't think I would ever by a watch from ebay unless multiple watch transactions had taken place in there feedback.

yeah i would find it hard to buy from there too. too many scammers. i know there are some good people on there but for a guy like me i really prefer walking into the AD. just gives me that sense of security. there are a couple of guys on here that i would buy from no hesitation but i dont think i could just buy from some random on fleabay

Two things come to mind....

Would the seller agree for them to be picked up? If not there's no question it's a suspect listing.

And... Good one to cross reference with any stolen watch database.

The auction is now up to 12,776. The seller ended this auction ,and then re-listed it. I find it difficult to stomach a Tommy Hilfiger watch ,and a Daytona next to it. Odd collection !!!! A G-Shock and Daytona I can see, but not A Tommy Smell My Finger watch, REALLY ?
