Just stumbled across this - awesome watch, limited edition of 999 pieces. Believe it or not US list is only $4,399. Now I know that it's a Ball, but look at it - available in white or black dial.

Me too - it's a stock photo as I haven't bought it (at least not yet - trying to find out what the 'real' price is ).

I looked at a Ball Cannonball a while back. It was a beautiful watch, and appeared to be put together well. I wasn't crazy about the bracelet so I ended up passing, but I still look at Ball watches regularly.

That LE Trainmaster is pretty sweet. There are many details/complications that you don't notice at first glance. I love the chrono pushers on that watch -- don't know why.

Roff, as a point of reference, when I walked in to the store, the sales clerk offered me 10% off the retail price straight away, with no discussion. Not a huge savings I know, but it gives you somewhere to start.

There are a couple of Ball ADs around here, but not my regular one. However, I have a source who may be able to get me a good price - she's looking into it.
