How they are timing over 14 days compared to atomic clock –

1. Cockpit - -0.2 sec/day

2. (tie) Skyracer and GMT master IIc - +1.4 and -1.4 sec/day

4. Sub C - -2.6 secs/day

5. Evo - +2.8 secs/day

6. Steelfish(white) - +3.4 sec/day

7. Navi 01 - +3.8 sec/day

8. CSO - +5.5 sec/day

9. Steelfish (black) - +6.7 sec/day

What does it prove? Nothin’!

Not hard. Took but a few minutes to set them and check them. Quite a bit easier with 9 watches instead of 30.

shark this might be a stupid question but i just have to ask when you say "Sub C - -2.6 secs/day" does that mean that 14 days later its 36.4 seconds slower than the original time it was set??

Yes. Just divided the time difference by 14.

Sad to see the 01 so low in the rankings, but it's still within COSC.

I'll leave my comments about measuring time to the decimal to myself this time.

Haven't we had this discussion before???????

What each one tells me is I can have them regulated to run +1/-1 if it was important to me. The next guy's 01 could be dead balls on, or +6. I can live with COSC

cool thanks for the clarification. so with the CSO and Steelfish being off by what they are will be sending them in to get tuned up?

Well they are within COSC - it would be hard to convince BUSA the Fish isn't with COSC at possibly 0.7 secs over the +6 second limit.

true for some strange reason i thought COSC spec was +/- 4 per day. but its actually -4/+6 a day. so no need to send back the CSO. im sure if you made a big enough stink about the Fish they would do it. All you need to do is fax them over all your recipts for the lings you have bought in the last 24 months :poke:

Just a quick one, are all Steelfishes running on the + side or is it a coincidence? 'cause mine and a friend of mine's are too.
