Post subject:  looking for my next purchase

I have decided that once my 6.75 comes back from breitling that I will sell it and get something a little smaller with the following criteria:

around 44mm
in house movement
chronograph
on a bracelet

I love the new transocean LE but I tried one on the other day and just did not love the mesh bracelet, I does look nice on the croco strap but I prefer bracelets over leather. This leads me to the navi 01 which I really like but would want the LE but they dont come up very often in the UK and not sure how many AD's will have them still in stock.

Other brands I have looked at - I dont think they are inhouse but the IWC portuguese white dial with blue hands was nice when I saw it last weekend but no date, the IWC spitfire was also very nice but did not grab me that much. The JLC master compressor chronograph is nice but i have never seen one but there is a local AD about an hour drive away - the website looks to show the movement is inhouse but not really sure. Looked at the GO sports chrono but again no date :( apart from that its an amazing watch. The last watch I would like to see is the zenith Chronomaster XXT Open Grande Date Moon & Sunphase but not sure if you can get that on a bracelet.

My plan is to go back to newcastle and try on a few more watches and decide that way, any other watches that I should look out for? that I have missed?

thanks

JLC Diving Chrono gets my vote. All JLC's are in-house (and some of the best around, period).

I think you should really look at the new Zenith offerings. Plus they are decreasing prices while all others are going up. Just a thought.

Rolex Daytona. It's only 40mm though...
