I think a psychologist would say that I am doing this deliberately, but....

I had to go to the AD again today (4th time this week) as I forgot the warranty card when I dropped off the Cockpit yesterday.

I now have the Zenith and Zenith Defy brochures. It could be an expensive weekend.

Anyone now how much an Academy Quantieme Perpetuel is?

Yep!!

The Legende is going to have to be my dressy watch - can't justify anything dressier than that for the wrist time it would get.

I have posted before on here that I wanted to like the Defy Xtreme but couldn't quite do it. I didn't realise what I had been missing in some of the other watches - there are some seious bad boys in this bunch!!

:) Strange idea on advertising. Why would I buy a watch thats worn by 'men' like that. Almost as bad as Abercrombie & Fitch.

Forgot to mention yesterday....
We had a client in the office yesterday, who had a gold Academy Tourbillon, on each wrist :) Not quite sure whether this is uber cool or totally un-cool. At least he had an excuse as he was using one for UK time and the other for his local time...which was a whole hour different.

Only Nicolas Hayek can pull off wearing more than one watch at a time as far as I'm concerned!

That's not the Academy - it's the Chronomaster and I actually think it's a good price. The Academy will make that look like a bargain.
