I have a friend of mine who really wants a 16610 Submariner. I recently picked one up for a steal from the AD that the owner of my company does business with. My friend saw it and likes it more than his LV Anniversary Sub. He offered to trade me straight up. His LV is older than my 16610, it is the version that does not have the engraving in the Rehaut. I personally like the LV. I can pick up another 16610 down the line. The price of an LV is a little bit more than a 16610, so I think it wouldn't be bad at all. Opinions ? |

If you prefer his, and he prefers yours then it seems like a no brainer - the values aren't so different that it's worth worrying about in my opinion. |

Yeah, we're not talking about a lot of a monetary difference. I will be looking at it tomorrow up close to make sure it is not in bad shape. I've seen it on his wrist and that's about it. If it's in good shape , like I expect it to be, I'll pull the trigger. |

Personally I prefer the 16610, I'm not too into Green, but if you prefer the LV and they're in comparable condition go for it. |
