I think this looks spectacular! Very retro, simple, and a new direction at the same time! Love the deceptively simple look, and that bracelet looks unreal! The technical specs seem very impressive!

I love GO but this one is not for me. The sunburst detail on the dial is beautiful, and I am sure the bracelet is very well made, but the shape of the case just turns me off of this one.

That's ok though 'cause I pretty much love the rest of their line up.

Love the dial color but hate the square case....not my style.

This is one of those pieces that doesn't fit my normal tastes at all, but for some reason it just calls out to me.

Oh my...not a fan AT ALL. It looks like one of those Seikos from the 70/80's.

It does look like a cheaper watch, not something on par with the rest of GO's lineup but I have a feeling that this thing is much more impressive in person. All in all I'm not a fan but I can see the appeal.

Looks nice, like all GO's, but not a fan of the retro styling.

It is a unique looking piece, and I am sure not for everyone. Personally I find its design a breath of fresh air, and think it would add variety to my collection. Though I will not be buying this particular piece, as if theor lodel release strategy is any indicator, they will eventually release a few more complicated pieces. Though I hope they dont do the chrono thing, I think an annual calendar, or adding a moonphase would really top the watch off.

I'll break from the pack and say I really like the design. It would look great on a croc strap IMO but, it appears to use an integrated bracelet. Also, there is that pesky MSRP of $11k.

11K is much higher than I expected for this watch, I mean based on the Sixties chrono this should cost much less considering that it has no complication other than the date. I thought that it would cost around 5-6K USD street, but perhaps the movement is a much higher decorated affair than what the Sixties has (fairly basic by Glashutte standards) We will see I am sure more pics from Glashutte soon.

Are you sure about the retail?

11k is flat out rip-off by almost any standards; even more so considering their other offerings at that price point.

which is why I am finding that price hard to swallow, I did some research and the Sixties Panorama date, which has the same exact movement, retails at 8K, a fair price. Since this has a bracelet, and what seems like more involved finishing and treatment on the case and dial, add what? 1.5K? At most? I cant see this watch retailing for more than 9.5K at the very most, and then it will be discounted like all their other models, so I would expect around 6K street, 7 at most.

It was mentioned in the original thread. http://forums.timezone.com/index.php?t= ... v=&reveal=

I was taken back by that number too. I've heard their bracelets are on par with BP, and therefore priced similarly, but that is a bit much to ask.

Not sure where I stand with this one. It looks like a nice piece but I'd need to see it on the wrist to decide if that shape works for me. I agree on the high price for the 'lack' of complications.
