Hello all. I am working on a watch build project and need some assistance locating and buying a watch case. I am working on a conversion project fitting a pocket watch movement to a new wristwatch case. I am going to use my Hamilton 910 or my Elgin / Unitas 6497.

I am looking for a "swiss made" wristwatch case and am having trouble finding one. I am not interested in the China or Japan cases currently sold on eBay. Please see the attached picture showing a custom made watch with an aftermarket swiss made case.

Where do I buy such a product?

You could still try ebay. Though you may not get a new watch case, polishing it up would be just as good. The difficulty would be finding the right size

Hi. Im working on a similar conversion project with a waltham movement. I picked up a Guren case off ebay and waiting for it to arrive. Keep us updated on your project.
