I'd guess most of you use this site or one like it for checking/setting the time of your watch

The OCD part of me wants the watch to be exact when I set it, but I often go back to check it from time to time just to see how close it is. Problem is I feel there is always just a bit of lag between me watching the web site and me looking at my watch or the reverse (watching my watch and looking up to see the time on the screen).
Solution; I found this site http://tycho.usno.navy.mil/cgi-bin/timer.pl while it does not update itself it is pretty hand for keeping the computer cursor on the refresh button, watching the second hand of the watch hit a particular number while anticipating and clicking the mouse. For example I'll wait for the second had to approach the "10" mark, hit refresh right then and look up and check the web page. Hope this helps the obsessive, like me, waste some more time. Any other good methods or sites out there?
On to my question. The first week I had my new watch it was off (typically fast) 8-10 seconds a day. After just about a week it settled in nicely to a few seconds a day (again fast). This past Saturday I set the time and decided to leave it alone for as long as I could stand it. As of today (6 days) I have not touched it and it is just about one second slow. I see lots of selling post where people say the watch keeps great time and typically say something like "a few seconds a day". What is typical? I am pretty darn happy with one second slow over 6 days.
I know the COSC deal it -4/+6 but wondering what is what most of you see real world? I know it really does not matter, but just curious what you see. Do you even care?
