I am looking for a good quality Replica either a Breitling or a Rolex and have a couple of questions:

1-Is there an online vendor that is generally offers good products and is reliable?

2-What can I expect in terms of performance for a good Replica?

Wrong place I'm afraid. But in answer to your questions before I lock the thread -

1. No there isn't. They're all junk and will last days, maybe a few weeks if you're lucky, plus they'll make you look like a prat when someone who knows watch recognises you're wearing a fake.

2. If the thing hasn't stopped or isn't falling apart within a few weeks you'd be doing well.

Save yourself a lot of hassle and buy the real thing, or a good less expensive brand like Seiko.
