Rolex made every vintage Panerai from the very first one in the late 1930s up until the last one in the mid 1950s. The Small Egiziano is pictured below and it is the last model Panarai Rolex ever made in 1955 or 1966.

Is this thread and the others a response to a thread or just a random piece of information? Not sure I understand what this thread, or the others with half factoids, are about?? Dont mean to sound condescending or anything, but if this is suppoused to be informative, you need to provide context, otherwise it is more misleading than educational. Just my 2 cents

Not to be a hater but what watches did Panerai really make? Maybe 300 give or take? I see all this Panerai love but the brand really has a limited and scattered history that pretty much ended in the mid 1900's. I love the watch for what it is... 1) new styles, and 2) homage. |
