I am a huge fan of them for a few reasons: -They make a fairly limited number of pieces per year. -As far as I know all of their pieces have in-house movements in them. -Many of their models have display backs. -They have a broad range/style of watches. I also think that you get a lot of watch for the money with them...not unlike JLC. |

One of the best bang for the buck brands around right now in my opinion. They will expand your offering as their pieces are unique, the quality is very good, as noted they are in house movements, and they are exceptionally attractive pieces in my mind. They may not be huge sellers because the designs are not mainstream but I think it would be worth your while. |

Agreed with all that's said above. They certainly aren't likely to be huge sellers as they aren't exactly a household name outside of the WIS community - certainly not like Rolex, Tag, Omega or Breitling. In fact I'd say they're less well known to the general public than the likes of JLC, IWC and Panerai. That said, they make some excellent pieces and will certainly have appeal to the more WIS orientated buyers. I reckon a small collection of GO piece would be a great addition to your offerings. ![]() |

Great brand and definitely a brand that has drawn my eye in the last few years. It is probably a brand that wont be "flyin" out the door though, because the general public wont recognize the name.... but in the watch collector world, they are highly regarded. |

Agreed on all the above statements and GO is also a brand with a long established history to it. In fact IMO I think Glashutte Original has quite a few similarities to A. Lange & Sohne in some of their offerings, movement components, and degree of craftsmanship. The use of 3/4 plates instead of multiple bridges, use of German Silver, Swan-neck regulators, actual hand polished blued screws, Glashutte ribbing, screw mounted gold chatons, precious metal cases, and a high level of hand engraved decorations are all examples of just how similar both brands are. As Roffe stated, GO gives one the best bang for the buck, especially considering the price differences between Glashutte Original vs. A. Lange & Sohne. |

A lot of those similarities are because they are hallmarks of the Glashutte school of watchmaking. |
