I got the Bergeon 6767 tool along with my CE almost 2 years ago for changing out my straps and when my brother got his first Ling I told him to get the same tool. His arrived the other day and I immediately noticed that his tool when much wider than mine on the "fork side".

Wtf? It would work great for straps, but for the bracelet it won't fit in the hold to remove the pins.

I bought the same tool yet the sent me something different.....why?

They make a 6767-f and a 6767-s. The F is for FINE TIP which is what he needs, he probably got the standard tip which doesn't work for a bracelet. Just go online and get a new tip for about $5 bucks. Make sure it's a FINE TIP.
