Besides the fact that a watch winder will keep your watch running so you do not have to re-set the time and date..etc Is it actually better for the watch? Assuming you have more than one watch and like to swap is it bad to keep the watch constantaly running or it really does not make a difference? I dont mind winding and setting my watches but if a winder is better for the movement than I will purchase one. What do you guys think?
