Tudor are making nice watches these days. Totally different to the "Rolex-in-all-but-badge-and-movement" of yester-year.

They have a couple that I really like, there's a GMT diver, I can't remember what it's called, that I would love to see in person, but I have no idea where they sell them.

I agree that its a great watch and very good value to boot. I have been thinking of picking one up but think I will wait for one to show up in the secondary market.

Also, that watch has the coolest video ad I have ever seen for a watch!!!

Nor do I. I have heard they're not even sold in the U.S., at least not authorized retail. The only U.S. contact Tudor lists on their website is Rolex in New York, which seems to be for the purposes of offering after-sale support. If anybody knows of any U.S. dealers, I'd be interested to know, too. But I won't hold my breath.

I've checked out the Heritage Chrono in person and can confirm it's seriously nice. I doubt you would get better quality elsewhere for the same money.

Cool ad. I dont like the weird shaped pattern that surrounds the subdials though. It ruins an otherwise sharp looking watch imo.

The more I look at it the more I also think the Heritage Chrono has too much blank "real estate" in the lower half of the dial. I think it could do with a bit of text or something. And I'm also not totally sure about the way the date window fractionally encroaches on the outer dial scale. Hmmmm, there's a few minor design issues that detract a little IMO.

I see exactly what youre talking about. I dont mind the date box location, but the subdial surrounds must be there for no other reason than to add some interest to the blank slate. Im liking this:
