The Breitling Watch Source Forums

Hey all, not sure if I'm posting this in the write forum or not, but I recently got an invitation from a local AD where I purchased my Breitling. The invitation is "Switzerland in Houston" which is being held @ the AD location. There will be watch reps from various companies showcasing new models and various LE's. Wine and hor dourves will be catered. I was curious as to if any Houstonians on this site will be attending? Also, has anyone been to an event like this before? It seems like something a watch enthusiast may enjoy, but at the same time it appears a little too fancy for my liking (business attire required). Just curious if anyone has attended an even like this, is it worth going to?

Business Attire probably means it just wants keep the gym shorts and t-shirt crowd out.....It's a pain in the ass at first to go but I find once I make the effort I usually have a good time at things like this, Bring a friend to hang with, have a glass of wine and something to eat take a look at some new watches and see what's up. If it's lame you can bail after the first glass and slip out and find something to do since you're off the laptop and out of the house.

What is that? I've never heard of such a situation before.
