Hi,

Being a newbie to the PAM world, would anyone have any experiences in Europe how much discount if any, is to be expected from AD's?

I have been offered 10% off list price on a PAM 333..... just wondering how much I can push him. Also the 333 is out of production?

Greatful for any tips

Thanks

Al

Discounts are tough to come by, and 10% is pretty solid most of the time. Having said that, the 40mm models are more likely to be discounted just because they are not as popular.

I haven't been able to find any Pam Ad that will give a decent deal, your best bet is to try a reputable seller on certain watch forums. I am getting a 312 in the next 2 weeks or so ,and the best I have found is 6100 for nib . Good luck finding something.

That's a very good price, 17-18% is doing VERY well on a Panerai.....if it's from an AD. Best you're gonna do is 20% but not on an in-house model. You did well. As RJ said 10% is more of a common discount.

I contacted a bunch of Pam sellers on Trf and Risti ,and I couldn't find anything less then 6100. The one for 6100 came from a Ad yesterday N serial. I would of pulled the trigger ,and bought it right then and there but I am waiting on a wire for a Seamaster I sold. With my luck the wire wont come ,and the 312 will be gone. I got my fingers crossed I will be able to get the 312 soon. I heard a 10 % increase is coming

I'm pretty sure that Panerai is NOT having a price increase right now.

As Sergio said...$6,100 for a new 312 is a really good price!! Congrats in advance...that is a great choice!!! :panerai

Thaks a lot guys, this is really great insight :) much appreciated. How do I know what movements are inhouse?

I think I will go for the 40mm in any case, regardless how unpopular they are, it looks better on my wrist.... :D

I sure hope you are right about the price increase, well at least not until I get my 312. My Ad told me its coming soon.

Maybe ill just go for the LE Transocean instead.... get the Greitling family a little bigger....
