I have been looking at these for some time and finally bought one...for anyone that loves a really, really large watch, this is for you!

I am a big fan of Invicta Watches anyway, and when I read the history of the Russian Diver on their website (http://www.invictawatch.com/reviews/review1.html), I had to have one.

I opted for the white face with GMT additional hand. Very striking watch and you definitely know it is on your wrist at 52mm...some other stats:

Invicta Model: 7003
Crystal: Anti-Refelctive Mineral Crystal
Case material: Polished 316L Surgical Grade Stainless Steel
Case diameter: 52 millimeters
Case Thickness: 15 millimeters
Band: Genuine Leather Band at 26mm
Date and GMT complications
Movement: Swiss Ronda 515 Quartz Movement
Water resistant: 100 Meters

The illum at night is also very impressive...just like the photos in the link.

It is a huge watch...a few folks here at work were gawking at me today. When I tell them the story about the watch and its history, they all want one...so far so good.

Yeah, talk about gym clocks!

I won't wear it a lot, maybe once a month...it is more of a conversation piece but makes a nice addition to my collection.

They sell Invicta at our local TJ Maxx store.

If you like that style of watch, you need to check out U-Boat timepieces.

Especially U-Boat's Flightdeck CAB/CAS model.

They produce a 43, 50, and 55mm.

It's a monster!

I live overseas, so I haven't been to a TJ Maxx - didn't know they sold Invicta there, as I have a few that were all purchased online. Thanks for the info on U-Boat...I will check it out!

I actually wanted to get a U-Boat until I saw the price! The SA I ended up purchasing was cheaper and way better quality, in my opinion.

Sure, the B-ling is better quality.

The U-Boat isn't that expensive actually. It's much cheaper than the Super Avenger.

You can own a 55mm UBoat for $2900.

Only thing negative about UBoat is they are all on straps. Bummer.
